Workshops are conducted in Singapore. All prices are in Singapore Dollars.
Oil/Acrylic Painting Workshop
For all art lovers
Duration: 2 hours
Workshop Objectives:
- Acquire an understanding of the different materials used (brushes, canvases and paints) and how to select the right materials for an artwork
- Acquire an understanding of the principles of color mixing and harmony and how to select the right colors and harmony to create a visually appealing painting
- Learn to arrange the objects or elements within an artwork, so as to find balance and focus in the overall visual appeal
- Learn the fundamental and increasing advanced techniques specific to oil or acrylic painting (strokes, blending, layering, impasto, glazing, etc.)
Fee: $80 for individual | $70 each for group of up to 4
Notes:
- Fee includes paints and brushes but not canvas
- No observer is permitted during the workshop
Fluid Art Workshop
For all art lovers.
Duration: 2 hours
Workshop Objectives:
- Learn the ingredients and mixture ratio for fluid pour
- Learn the basic pouring techniques and various colour schemes to create abstract art and functional items
- Learn how to dry your artwork without creacking lines
- Learn other practical tips for fluid art
Fee: $80 for individual | $70 each for group of up to 8
Notes:
- Tools for fluid art will be provided during the workshop
- Fluid art requires one (1) day to cure, i.e. harden. Participants can collect their artworks only on the following day
- No observer is permitted during the workshop
