Processing of Orders & Payments

An order is processed only after:

1) Confirmation of the order and its items by our sales staff, and

2) Payment for the order has been received

We accept only direct fund transfer via local PayNow and PayLah apps.

An order may be cancelled by the buyer before payment is made. After payment is made, cancellation of the order is not permitted, and no refund of the payment is made by our company.

Refund of Payments

If an item(s) is not delivered for any reason, or found to be defective after delivery, the buyer shall contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. We shall replace the missing/defective item(s) or refund the full amount already paid for the item(s).
